About Baby Babka

At Baby Babka Bakery Tammy Kaczetow strives to put all her experience and care into quality babka.

 

Having been born and raised in a home with many traditions, babka was Tammy’s favorites. No matter how difficult times would get, her parents always made sure that they had babka for the holidays. Over the years Tammy has tried to keep up this tradition.

 

 

Some of her fondest memories come flooding back whenever she eats babka. Although, being a person who cooks for one, she found that in having to purchase an entire babka for just herself, so much of it would go to waste, so she challenged herself to be creative and make some babka that were just the right size for just one person. In doing so, she suddenly realized that she could put anything she wanted inside these new baby babkas, making perfect meal-sized food that she could take with her on the run. She just can’t keep this to herself!

 

With this revolutionary new idea for babka, she has taken it to the next level! For years babka has been considered traditional polish holiday bread. She has taken that traditional bread and made it an everyday food!

 

With personal sized breads and nontraditional fillings, babka can now be enjoyed every day as a quick and easy breakfast, lunch, or dessert!
